State archaeological heritage (State Inspection for Heritage Protection, No 866). Only some inhabitants of the Tirza Parish know about the location of the object. The stone is of impressive dimensions with a protrusion on the sides of the stone. It is situated behind a semi-collapsed household building across a meadow and further to a ditch overgrown with birch and other trees connected with a pond. Then across one more field, a little to the left in the W direction from the pond. In front of the stone a bush grows that covers the view to it, therefore when walking from the side of the pond, one can miss it in spite of the fact that it is a huge stone in the middle of the field.
No recorded folklore materials have been found. The local people cannot tell anything about the site.
The Chairman of the Tirza Parish Česlavs acknowledges that for a person unaware of the surroundings it would be rather difficult to find the object without precise indications. On rainy days gumboots would be useful, because to the stone one has to wade across two fields through long grass.
